Current client plan
One flat annual price for your case.
No feature tiers to compare. DivFolio charges a single fee for a 12-month case term, which includes the full client workspace and access for a firm you authorize.
Client plan
$499.99
for 12 months
A single charge covering 12 consecutive months from activation. This fee is not billed monthly and is not broken into instalments.
Available in Missouri and Kansas today. DivFolio asks questions specific to the state your case is in, and those are the states we currently cover. If you are elsewhere, we are not ready for you yet, and we would rather say so than take your money.
New accounts include a seven-day free trial before any charge.
Create a client accountThe annual fee is separate from attorney fees and any future post-resolution service. Access, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before purchase; statutory rights apply regardless of contract wording.

One annual charge for your case
The annual fee covers your case and is not billed monthly or in instalments. Optional services after your case concludes, such as co-parenting tools or extra storage, would be separate and entirely up to you.
Attorney fees are separate
DivFolio pricing does not include legal representation, court costs, filing fees, or professional services.
Firm access is authorized
A firm does not receive your matter merely because it has a DivFolio account. Access is case-specific.
Law firms
Working with your attorney
Your attorney and their staff can work alongside you in DivFolio, seeing what you have chosen to share and nothing else. DivFolio is not a law firm and does not share in legal fees.

Billing questions
Does the plan renew?
Yes. The annual plan renews each year until you cancel it. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date from your billing page, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than ending access you have already paid for. Any future record-maintenance service after a matter concludes will be offered and priced separately.
Does this pay my attorney?
No. DivFolio software fees are separate from retainers, hourly fees, flat legal fees, court costs, and other professional charges.
Does my attorney get anything for recommending DivFolio?
No. We do not pay attorneys or firms for referrals, and we do not share in legal fees. Your attorney recommends DivFolio because it makes your matter easier to work, or they do not recommend it at all.
Can someone else buy my license?
Yes. A license may be purchased as a gift or supplied by a law firm. Paying for it does not give the purchaser access to your case. See how each license route works.
